Mansfield Police continue their investigation into a shooting at Secretz Bar at 261 Bowman Street where a local man has been arrested in the incident.

Demetrius Lyles, 23, turned himself into authorities four hours after fleeing the scene and faced a charge of aggravated murder.

Police say Lawrence Butler, 46, was socializing at the tavern and was shot and taken to MedCentral Mansfield Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Crime Lab technicians recovered three bullets embedded in the wall of the bar.  Police also recovered a firearm and other evidence believed used in the homicide in a creek at John Todd Park at 20 Bowers Avenue.
