  Original Published: 3/1/2014WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 PM EST SUNDAY... THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 PM EST SUNDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT. * ACCUMULATIONS...SNOWFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES OVERNIGHT WITH AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 5 INCHES ON SUNDAY FOR A STORM TOTAL OF 4 TO 7 INCHES. PRECIPITATION MAY BRIEFLY MIX WITH RAIN OR SLEET TOWARDS THE ONSET LATE THIS EVENING. * TIMING...SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA BY MIDNIGHT...POSSIBLY MIXING WITH RAIN OR SLEET. SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND THEN DIMINISH FROM NORTH TO SOUTH SUNDAY EVENING. * WINDS...NORTH TO NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH. * VISIBILITIES...VISIBILITIES WILL DROP TO AROUND A MILE AS SNOW BEGINS...OCCASIONALLY DROPPING TO A HALF MILE OR LESS OVERNIGHT. * TEMPERATURES...FALLING TO AROUND 20 DEGREES OVERNIGHT AND HOLDING NEARLY STEADY ON SUNDAY. * IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND TRAVEL WILL BE SLOW OVERNIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING. A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF ICING IS ALSO POSSIBLE. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS NORMALLY ISSUED FOR A VARIETY OF WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS SUCH AS LIGHT SNOW, BLOWING SNOW, SLEET, FREEZING RAIN AND WIND CHILLS. WHILE THE WEATHER WILL BE SIGNIFICANT, THE WORD ADVISORY IMPLIES THAT SEVERE WINTER WEATHER IS NOT ANTICIPATED.
