Nursing home residents gave their facilities an 87.5 average overall satisfaction rating and assisted living residents gave their providers a 92.3 score.

The following facilities are among the Top 25 Ohio Nursing Homes; Wooster Community Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility received an overall score of 97.48 and Autumn Health Care of Mount Vernon received a 95.62 score.

The following facilities are among the Top 25 Residential Care Facilities; Townview Terrace in Wooster received a 99.8 rating, and McMullen Assisted Care in Loudonville received a 98.4 rating.

A total of 27,085 residents in 953 nursing homes participated in the survey and 11,013 residents in 598 assisted living facilities participated in the survey.
