Original Published: 3/7/2014The first annual Bulldog Family Breakfast was served Friday morning at Crestline Elementary School. Parents were invited to join their children for a free "most important meal of the day", and entertainment by the Crestline High School flash mob dancers. Food Service Director Kerri Wilhite says the breakfast was to recognize National School Breakfast Week. This is not the only time food is served for free. Crestline Schools are in a special program offered to communities whose families are predominantly low and moderate income. Friday's Bulldog Family Breakfast was for kindergarten through third grade students. It was offered to fourth through sixth graders and their families Thursday.
