Parent Aide has worked to renovate the building where their new headquarters will set up shop soon. With the help of dedicated volunteers, the organization's new headquarters should be as good as new in no time.

"We've been given some additional space and we're relocating and renovating a space to develop as a family resource center," said Lorie Daugherty, Parent Aide's director.

Work on the building has been going on throughout the cold winter months, but volunteers prevailed, and their hard work has almost paid off.

"We started with the walls, and some restructuring of some of the areas of the rooms," said Dave Kracker, Parent Aide volunteer. He detailed a long list of things the crew had done so far before wiping his brow. "And painting," he added. "Lots of painting."
