The month of March is National Nutrition Month, and what a perfect time to focus on healthy eating and physical activity. Spring is right around the corner, we'll be spending more time outside, and we'll want to look and feel our best!

MedCentral and Kroger Pharmacy have teamed up to provide free grocery store tours, to help us learn how to read nutrition labels and make healthier choices. If you missed the tour, or just need guidance when shopping, just look for the "Dietitian's Choice" tags on the shelves. They identify the healthy foods we should be eating.

For more information on the updated food pyramid, personal weight loss plans and more, visit www.choosemyplate.gov.
