On Saturday, March 29 national christian hip-hop recording artist Thi'sl will be performing LIVE in Mansfield at the Cook Road Baptist Church's special presentation called "Break Through".

Cook Road Baptist Student Worship Pastor Trandon Groscost says the event will be a great way for the community to hear an inspiring story.

Thi'sl grew up in St. Louis where he found his life spiraling out of control as a teenager, but with God's grace, was able to turn his troubled past into a positive message through music. With a change in lifestyle, Thi'sl has sense become one of the most well-known names in christian hip-hop and even collected his first Grammy in 2013.

Groscost is extremely excited to have the inspirational rapper come to Mansfield and believes it will provide a great opportunity for troubled youth in the area to find their way into the church.

Doors will open at 5 p.m. the night of the show with tickets available for just $5 a piece. But Groscost says you might want to show up early because only 350 tickets will be sold and he expects the show to sell out quickly.
