The latest blast from Old Man Winter not only blanketed Mansfield with a good deal of snow but gusting winds also caused quite a commotion in the downtown area Wednesday afternoon. Hefty winds apparently contributed to a metal awning and siding to tumble down at the Cafe on Main Street building at twenty-eight North Main Street. Because of the wintry conditions, virtually no one was on the streets so no injuries were involved in the incident. Work crews were on the scene quickly to gather up the fallen awning and siding and to secure the outside of the building.
