New group helps adults who've lost loved ones to suicide

The Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board has been awarded a grant from the Suicide Prevention Foundation to sponsor a Suicide Loss Group.

 The Survivors of Suicide Loss, will meet Wednesdays, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., April 16, April 23, May 7, May 14, May 21 and June 4 at Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board at 87 E. First St. Suite L in Mansfield.

The group is for adults who have lost a loved one to suicide. The group will focus on the special needs of those who are survivors of suicide loss. The goal of the group is to provide a place where people can meet and talk an learn and grieve safely.
