Ashland Mayor Glen Stewart Thursday presented the eleventh annual Golden Oak Awards to a pair of what he calls the city's "most iconic" citizens. One of the awards goes to former Associated Charities Director Marilynn Ferguson. The other goes to United Way of Ashland County Director Ev DeVaul.
