The Princess Endowment Organization came to the Mansfield-Richland County Public Library over the weekend to provide free prom dresses, among other things.

Enisia Lee, the organization's founder, formed the group hoping to boost self-esteem by teaching and enhancing general skills needed to endure life's circumstances.

"Sometimes dresses get a little pricey, so we collect some dresses give them away for free," Lee said.

Other prom-related items and services available at the giveaway included shoes, handbags, jewelry, and some nail services.
