Taylor Swift makes a surprise visit to a children's hospital. And Miley Cyrus is devastated. Dave Stewart has these stories and more in your Hollywood Minute. Taylor Swift surprised a bunch of children by popping up in their hospital rooms in Providence. Swift showed up with her dad and spent hours talking to the kids. She even sang for them. Swift told the hospital staff in advance to keep her visit a secret. Oprah Winfrey celebrates a major ratings win. Her once troubled network, OWN, saw its audience jump by nearly 50 percent in the last quarter, due largely to new programming. This makes OWB the fastest-growing cable channel for women ages 25 to 54, a key demographic for advertisers. And Miley Cyrus mourns the loss of her dog, Floyd. The "Wrecking Ball" singer said on Twitter, "I know I don't mean it but I wish he would've taken me with him. his is unbearable. What am I gonna do without him." This is the second dog in two year Miley has lost. In December of 2012, her pup Lila also died.
