The Order of the Eastern Star put on a craft show over the weekend at the Masonic Temple on Middle Bellville Road in Mansfield. Pam Blankenhorn, Order of the Eastern Star's chapter Vice President, said "Some of our fundraisers in the past have been dinner theatres and style shows, but they've been in Bucyrus or other communities. I just wanted to have something here since I'm from this area."

The admittance fee was a choice of donating either one dollar or a canned food item, and proceeds from the craft show were going towards local food banks and Catholic Charities.  Over 40 vendors showed up for the show, causing some vendors to relocate into the hall to make more room.

"This is my first time doing a craft show," Blankenhorn said nervously. "This is all new to me."

Despite her fears, however, the event went off without a hitch. Mansfield residents showed up in droves to support the numerous vendors at the show.
