A three-hour seminar was held Wednesday morning for women and minorities who either already own small businesses, or want to start one.

The free session was offered by the Ohio Small Business Development Centers at North Central State College's Kehoe Center in Shelby, to tell participants about the many resources available to help start and develop small businesses. 

And how small businesses become a key component of Ohio's economic growth.
