The Lexington Senior Center had a special guest for its regular Thursday lunch. Congressman Pat Tiberi stopped in to enjoy swiss steak, mashed potatoes, and gravy which he calls "as good as mom used to make".

Tiberi later toured the new VA clinic on South Trimble Road in Mansfield, after missing the grand opening due to obligations in Washington.

Congressman Tiberi's visit to the Senior Center attracted Lexington Mayor Gene Parkison, Shelby Mayor Marilyn John, Bellville Mayor Darrell Banks, and Richland County Common Pleas Judge Brent Robinson, all fellow Republicans.
