An estimated 300 to 400 job-seekers were expected today at the third annual Ashland Area Job Fair held at Ashland University.

Kathy Goon, the Executive Director of the Ashland Area Council for Economic Development, says breakout sessions were held to explain how potential employees can search for jobs.

Senior Business Representative Bob Buford of the Transformation Network talked about what his agency was looking for in a suitable employee.

A total of 40 companies in Ashland and surrounding counties were on hand for the job fair.
