Model Train And Toy Show Draws Them In At Fairgrounds

For the first time ever, a Model Train and Toy Show was presented at the Richland County Fairgrounds this past weekend by the Firelands Society of Model Railroaders. Event promoter Richard Fowler says the group’s mission is to promote the hobby of model railroading to young and old alike, creating a family atmosphere, having fun and teaching others the art of model railroading. Nearly 70 model railroading vendors offered items for sale or purchase with 210 tables of merchandise with admission at $5 for adults and free for anyone 18 and under and active military.
