Several Roads Now Open In Richland County After Repairs

  Original Published: 4/27/2014 The Richland County Engineer's Office is announcing several road openings following construction work. Marion Avenue Road, between Lexington-Ontario and Sheirer roads in Troy Township, is now open following completion of an emergency bridge repair project. Lexington-Steam Corners Road, between Ohio 97 and Texter Road in Troy Township, is now open following the completion of an emergency road repair. And, Springmill West Road, between Ohio 39 and Rock Road in Springmill Township, is now open following the completion of a culvert installation.
