The first round of spring storms caused problems in Bellville, where a mobile home flipped over and injured an elderly woman inside. The heavy winds seemed to throw the trailer, located at 1508 Mock Road, and a passer by stopped to help the woman get out of the structure while emergency services responded.

A tree also fell in the road and may have injured another person inside a car in front of the home. Both were transported to OhioHealth MedCentral Hospital in Mansfield for minor injuries.

Fire units stood by while the home leaked large amounts of propane to ensure the trailer did not ignite.

Richland County was issued its first Tornado Warning for the season at 9 pm. At approximately 9:01 p.m. The National Weather Service Dopper Radar indicated a Severe Storm capable of producing a tornado in the county, but none had been confirmed.
