Join Hands Day Enlists Volunteers To Help With Landscaping

A group of volunteers helped decorate Ontario City Hall's entrance for Join Hands Day. The volunteers, led by Modern Woodsmen of America member Timothy Hilterman, planted hostas near the entrance of the building.

"Join Hands Day is a national day for fraternal organizations to get together and give back to the community," said Hilterman. "It's important to us because one of our goals is to give back to the community, and it's especially important to engage our young people in our Youth Service Clubs."

Join Hands Day's next observance is May 2nd, 2015.
