In the race for Crawford county commissioner, Jenny Vermillion took the seat with 1,037 votes, beating out Michael Schiefer with 818 votes and Randy Monk who received 353 votes.

Vermillion says she's honored and flattered to be chosen to run a second time. "..apparently the citizens of Crawford County think i'm doing a good enough job to keep me in here and i will do my best to continue to do that" She also mentioned the "major hurdles" in Crawford County are drugs and jobs..she says she "will make sure they're heard at the state level.
