The Extension Service is celebrating its 100th anniversary. The nationwide program was created on May 8th, 1914 as a means of educating people by reaching out to them. The Richland County Commissioners presented Extension Agenct Judy Villard-Overocker with a proclamation Tuesday to recognize the milestone.
