OhioHealth MedCentral Offers Free Skin Cancer Screenings

Free skin cancer screenings are being offered at OhioHealth MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. They're by appointment only at the Radiation Cancer Care building at 330 Glessner Avenue. May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month, with the arrival of more sunshine and time spent outdoors in the sun's skin-damaging rays. The screenings are intended for people who don't regularly see a dermotologist. Eighty patients were seen during Friday morning's three-and-a-half-hour session, with another eighty expected Saturday morning. All openings have been filled.
