Journalist Says NSA Planted Spyware In Computer Devicess

  Original Published: 5/14/2014 In his new book, "No Place to Hide," journalist Glenn Greenwald says the National Security Agency plants "backdoor spyware" in American-made computer devices before they are shipped overseas. Devices include routers and other networking hardware. Greenwald, a reporter for The Guardian, cites a document provided by NSA contractor Edward Snowden. The NSA doesn't deny using American-made hardware to protect U.S. interests, but won't comment on specific activities.
