Indictments have been returned against a Mansfield man and woman found with a meth lab in their home after they reported their baby was unresponsive.

Police went to 584 West Fourth St., April 21 and had the three-month-old boy rushed to the hospital, where he was dead on arrival.

Alexander Dixon, 29,  and Courtney Copley, 30, are charged with Illegal Manufacturing of Methamphetamine and four counts of child endangering. Dixon faces at least 30 years in prison if convicted of all charges and given consecutive sentences.

Copley could get at least 15 years. The indictment does not address the child's death. The cause has not been determined but foul play is not suspected.
