Volunteers, business people and city employees donned their work clothes to plant pride and spruce up downtown Mansfield as part of Operation Clean Sweep.

In support of Earth Stewardship Month and the Great American Clean Up, several community members got down and dirty in a collaborative effort to keep the city looking clean.

Mansfield city employees donated both their time and an assortment of flowers to beautify the landscape around the city building. Community volunteers also took part in "Plant Pride, Not Litter", by collecting trash throughout the downtown area.

All volunteers received a certificate and small token of appreciation for their participation courtesy of a grant received by the city.
