Impact Leadership is the name of a free program offered at North Central State College's Urban Center in downtown Mansfield. The Lunch and Learn series is attended by professionals seeking to improve their leadership skills. This is the third year for the six, once-a-month series of classes, and Urban Center Director Cheryl Carter finds it's getting results.
