Woman Crashes Into Family Dollar

Around 5 p.m. Friday afternoon, Richland county sheriff's department responded after a vehicle was reported to have crashed into the wall of the Family Dollar on the corner of Trimble Road & Ohio 39.

70 year-old Susan Myers is being charged with failure to operate, says Richland county sheriff Sgt. Jim Nicholson, after her burgundy four-door Kia crashed into the building. Myers hit her head during the collision and was taken to the hospital to be inspected.

A Family Dollar employee said the wreck startled people inside the store but no one was seriously injured.
