It's been a while since Richland County hosted a monster truck event, but the thrilling spectacle wowed fans over the weekend.

Richland County Fairgrounds played host to Monster Truck Throwdown on Friday and Saturday evening, putting on a wild show in front of thousands of fans. The entertaining show features six monster trucks competing in multiple events, including wheelie contests, races and a freestyle event. A pair of dirt bike stunt riders also entertain fans during intermission.

Co-President's of M.G. Events, Mark Moussaed and Rodney Gabriel, which put on the show, say they are excited about bringing monster trucks back to Richland County and have plans to host many future events at the fairgrounds.
