The final results are in the for May 6 Primary Election in Richland County. The Board of Elections certified the vote totals Tuesday afternoon, adding 50 provision and seven mailed-in absentee ballots that were not counted on election night. No outcomes changed. The turn-out was 11.62 percent. The elections board scrambled to cover a pollworker shortage, so it has decided to turn to Facebook to recruit more for up-coming elections.
