Commissioners Get Presentation From Facility Dude

The Richland County Commissioners may go with a company called "Facility Dude", to help track maintenance of the county government's twenty buildings. The commissioners got a conference call presentation today on how the North Carolina-based company helps with preventative maintenance. The commissioners did not make an immediate decision on whether to work with Facility Dude. The company has existed for fourteen years, and officials say they do not raise their rates for long-standing clients.
