The Richland County Fatherhood Initiative and the Ohio Commission on Fatherhood are celebrating June as Fatherhood Awareness Month with a special event at the Mansfield YMCA.

Friday Fun with Fathers is this Friday from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Mansfield YMCA, 750 Scholl Road. There will be free activities including basketball, float-n- flick movie, free food, free t-shirts and resource booths.

Guest speakers are Tim Brown, of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Jacob Kasper, a local division one athlete.
