Hillary Clinton is making headlines again, this time at Tuesday's CNN exclusive "Global" Town Hall in Washington, D.C. She's criss-crossing the nation as she promotes her new memoir "Hard Choices." But the book wasn't the only focus Tuesday night, as the former Secretary of State faced tough questions on today's controversial topics, including the unfolding chaos in Iraq. Sunlen Surfaty has the highlights and Clinton's response to the big question of the night - will she run for president in 2016? At Tuesday night's town hall, the headline was clearly the crisis in Iraq. Her response showed she's clearly walking a fine line...she's trying to show some support of the administration, but also working to put come distance between herself and the White House. "We are certainly not putting any American soldiers at risk, no boots on the ground," Clinton says. "With respect to air attacks which have been mentioned, that has to be part of a larger package. I am not prepared to say we go in with Iran right now unless we have a better idea of what we're getting ourselves into." That last part is key. Secretary of State John Kerry this week suggested the U.S. could end up cooperating with Iran to stop ISIS. But Clinton clearly is not there yet. Clinton also faced the question on many America's minds. "Are your competitive juices flowing for the chance to be the first female president?" asked CNN Chief International Correspondent Christiane Amanpour. "I will make this decision based on how I feel about it and what I think I can do," Clinton says. "But I don't want to be rushed." It's clear Clinton is pondering a potential 2016 run, but she launched into a long explanation about her 2008 campaign and how she worried about what people said about her. But she argues she's beyond that now. "I do believe that a woman in any high position, whether it be journalism, politics business, whatever, is always constantly being judged and then you can fall into a bad habit of constantly editing yourself, instead of thinking about what you're trying to say, what you're trying to do," Clinton says. And that might be a preview of the new Hillary Clinton we may see on a 2016 campaign trail. It's very clear she's giving a run, an awful lot of thought. And she knows the clock is ticking. Clinton also reacted to the arrest of a key suspect in the 2012 terror attack in Benghazi that killed four Americans. The former Secretary of State said she is "pleased," but still has questions that will hopefully be answered by ongoing investigation.
