Scam artists are everywhere, and they're always coming up with new ways to take your money. Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is putting out a warning about three scams that are victimizing growing numers of Buckeye State residents. One is the so-called grant scam. DeWine tells us about the puppy scam, Tuesday on NewsWatch.
