  Original Published: 7/1/2014 The scheduled launch of NASA's orbiting Carbon Observatory-2 from Vandenberg Air Force Base was scrubbed Tuesday morning. Technicians discovered a problem with the water suppression system. NASA says the launch is rescheduled for Wednesday. The launch is planned for 2:56 a.m. Pacific Time. The mission is dedicated to studying atmospheric carbon dioxide.
