Graco has agreed to recall 1.9-million infant car seats under pressure from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Graco says the harness buckles on the seats can get stuck, making it hard to unlatch during an emergency. The affected infant car seats were made between July, 2010 and May, 2013. The company says there have been no reported injuries related to the issue. Graco is offering a free replacement buckle. Earlier this year, Graco recalled millions of toddler car seats for the same issue.
