Study Says Coffee Before A Workout Can Help With Weight Loss

Drinking coffee before a workout can help burn more calories. That's the conclusion of a study published in the International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise. According to health.com, the Spanish study found trained athletes who took caffeine before working out burned about 15 percent more calories, hours after exercising. Coffee has been linked to several health benefits, such as increased circulation, better memory and less post-workout pain.
