The lease for Attorney John Spon's office space in the Richland County-owned Park Building on South Park Street in downtown Mansfield is up for renewal. So the commissioners spent some time Tuesday calculating their asking price, based on the need to recover the cost of more than $200,000 to replace the heating and air conditioning system in the building. Spon has the option of accepting that proposal, or asking to negotiate a lower price.
