Highway Technicians from the Ohio Department of Transportation's District Three competed Wednesday in their annual Roadeo event. The 32 technicians from the district's eight counties were at ODOT's district headquarters in Ashland, operating snowplow and salt trucks, and heavy equipment, through obstacle courses. The winners and runners-up in each category receive prizes. Those four highway technicians also go on to compete against their colleagues in ODOT's other eleven districts in September in Columbus.
