The children's room in the main Mansfield-Richland County Public Library is about to undergo a face lift. The children's room is an active place, with kids gathering Tuesday to be entertained by magician Dave Lehman. But in two weeks, the room will have very limited access as the refurbishing project gets underway. The carpeting will be replaced and the walls repainted. The work starts August 4th and will take until the end of the month. The Mansfield-Richland County Public Library has eight branches with plenty of children's books, so parents are urged to visit those while renovations are being done.
