Man Shot In Leg In Bucyrus

  Original Published: 7/29/2014A man is shot in Bucyrus, and police are trying to find out how and why it happened. The gunshot was fired at 12:30 Tuesday morning outside an apartment in the 200 block of East Irving Street, hitting the victim in the leg. The man, in his early 20's, was treated at Bucyrus Community Hospital and released. Police say the shooting followed a confrontation, but they do not know who fired the shot or whether it was intentional or accidental. No arrests have been made. A bullet was found in a ceiling on the first floor or the apartment, and two handguns were recovered.
