A fugitive sex offender from Mansfield is under arrest in Cleveland.

Tyrone Lamont Moses, 27,  was wanted by the Richland County Sheriff's Office on an April 2007 indictment for failing to provide a change of address as a sex offense, and for violation probation, on a conviction of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Moses was convicted in 2006 and sentenced to three years of probation, and a suspended 18 month prison term. He was seen being interviewed by a Cleveland TV station about a shooting. That led officers from the Richland County and Cleveland divisions of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force to arrest him. He's in jail awaiting extradition to Mansfield.
