Yet another truck overturns coming off the Interstate-71 southbound ramp onto U-S 30 westbound in Mansfield. The latest crash happened at about eight o'clock Monday morning, when a truck apparently going too fast flipped onto its side, spilling its load of crushed cars. Highway Patrol Troopers who respond to these common accidents do not feel the ramp is poorly designed. They say too many truck drivers don't heed the signs warning they could tip over. The driver was issued a citation. Both lanes of U-S 30 westbound were blocked for several hours while the truck was removed. Traffic was detoured onto I- 71.

2:01pm Update:  US30 now open in both directions.
