Area Agency On Aging Conducting Needs Assessment Survey

If you're 55 and older, the District 5 Area Agency on Aging wants your input. It's conducting a needs assessment survey to determine how well it's serving this age group, and whether it needs to add services.

The survey is quite in-depth, and takes fifteen to twenty minutes to complete. It asks about housing, care and assistance, transportation, health and health insurance, employment and finances, barriers to service, and Agency on Aging programming.

You can do the survey on the Agency on Aging's website, or go to its office in Hawkins Corner at Park Avenue West and Lexington-Springmill Road in Ontario. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 - 5 p.m.

No appointment is necessary, and you'll be given a coffee cup. The survey deadline is September 5.
