Gang Green Prepping For 2014

Last season saw the Clear Fork Colts finish 2013 strong winning five of their last six enroute to a 7-3 finish. Veteran coach Dave Carroll begins his sixth season as head coach of his old school who will open with long time rival Fredericktown in Bellville on August 29th.

One of the players coach Carroll will be counting on is All- Ohio shot putter and senior Eric Jackson who plays across the offensive and defensive line. Jackson says he expects the team to be better than last season and adds the squads goal is to win the OCC saying if the team does that the playoffs will follow. The Colts will have their first scrimmage on Tuesday, August 12th against Loudonville in Butler.
