After 15 days of going after each other, the Madison football Rams will get a chance to go up against somebody else Saturday morning when they host the Upper Sandusky Rams in the teams first scrimmage at Startek Stadium at Ram Field at 10am. For coach Sean Conway, he's not so much worried about his team winning the scrimmage, but he wants his team to be physical and gain control of the line of scrimmage.

Conway adds that his team is still not quite ready for prime time just yet, saying his club still needs plenty of work. The Rams have also had to deal with a few injuries and has had to deal with a flu bug that has been going around the team and coaching staff. Senior tight end, right guard and nose tackle Treven Allred is looking forward to the scrimmage with Upper saying it will be nice to go up against another football team instead of teammates.

One thing that players and coaches agree on is working out on Madison's new turf is a treat. As Conway says whenever his team has to go over on the old practice field the team groans. For Conway and the team, one thing remains constant saying everything we do is geared toward week one and beating Shelby.
