Two Arrested For OVI During OVI Checkpoint In Bucyrus

 Two people were arrested and charged with driving under the influence following a weekend OVI Checkpoint.  held by the State Highway Patrol, in conjunction with the Crawford County Sheriff's Office.  The checkpoint was conducted on Crawford County Road 330, near U.S. 30 on the east side of Bucyrus.  Officers made contact with 626 vehicles with two vehicles being diverted for further investigation.  The driver of one vehicle was arrested for OVI and was charged with having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle.  A second arrest for OVI was made by a trooper working in the area of the checkpoint.
