A Mansfield man charged in the shooting of another local man has been acquitted of all charges.

Sherrick Hunter, 25, was found not guilty of all charges Monday following a three-day trial in Richland County Common Pleas Court.

Hunter was charged with felonious assault, aggravated robbery and robbery, all with a firearm specification. Hunter was accused of shooting Corey Moxley, 33, during an altercation in the 500 block of North Trimble Road on January 19.

Hunter had been in the Richland County Jail since the shooting.
