Two local universities formalize a long-standing partnership to prepare students for nursing careers. The Ohio State University at Mansfield and Ashland University signed an articulation agreement today that will guarantee a limited number of Ohio State-Mansfield students a place at the Dwight Schar College of Nursing. North-Central State College signed a similar agreement with A-U a year ago.
