Three local officials accept the Ice Bucket Challenge to raise money for A-L-S research. Catholic Charities Mansfield site manager Rebecca Owens, Mansfield Community Development Manager Sam Dunn, and Richland County Red Cross Director Tina Buckingham were doused with ice water Wednesday by three firefighters.
